Session Overview:
The ipad is destined to reshape the way we learn but more importantly we can help teachers revolutionize learning for our students. This workshop will provide participants with the ability to integrate iPad technology into their practice in order to become a more efficient school leader. Participants will learn how to use their iPad to collect data and share instructional resources.

Objective: To provide school leaders with the skill and ability to use their devices as a ubiquitous tool for all organizational/administrative needs.

Class Description: The iPad has a wealth of possibilities for the education community. Find out firsthand what benefits the ipad can have for you as an educator.
Practical Application: School Leaders will learn to effectively use their device as an organizational, productivity and communication tool during their day to day activities.

  • Internet
    • Settings
    • Wi-Fi and make sure it is turned on
    • Choose a Network...
      • Other...
        • Name: Network Name - CLICK-ME-4-INTERNET
        • Securityb. Choose WEP for securityc. Go back one screen by choosing the Other Network arrow in the upper left corner
        • Touch Join on the keyboard interface
        • Click the blue circle next to WJBOE21B228
        • add AUTO proxy
    • Click the home button to exit Settings

Over the last few weeks, EmergingEdTech ran a survey asking teachers to tell us about two or three of their favorite iPad apps that they use in an education-related context. Today we share the apps that were listed most often, and include some feedback from teachers regarding why they like them so much.
