During the three day iLead for Teachers, participants will develop skills and use tools to meet the needs and challenges of the modern day educational environment by incorporating the latest innovative technology practices into their daily routines. Participants will receive the appropriate hardware to become blended learning educators.



iLead for Teachers: A Workshop Series for Innovative Educators


Session 1:

Leading with 21st Century Tools

July 17, 18, or 19 2013 | 9:00am to 2pm

Develop skills and use tools to create a vision of a 21st Century Classroom that will enhance teaching and learning in your school. Training in the use of digital tools will provide teachers with the skills to use their device as an organizational, productivity and communication tool.



Session 2:

Blended Learning Models

July 24 or 25; August 9 2013 | 9:00am to 2pm

Court Square

Develop skills to help you begin planning for implementing blending learning in your school.You will receive an overview blended learning, come to a decision about what models of blended learning will work for you, and you will leave with supporting resources to help you get started.

Session 3:

Orchestrating the Blended Learning Classroom

with Innovative Instruments

Develop skills and use tools to navigate the blended learning classroom that will enhance teaching and learning in your school. You will explore the power of online/hybrid learning to enhance instruction as well as student performance.
